Product Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to lead the product development process within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing all stages of product development, from initial concept to product launch, managing the backlog, working closely with cross-functional teams, and optimizing the value of the work performed by the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the vision and roadmap of the therapy software, ensuring that it aligns with both user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with hospitals, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and understand their unique needs.
  • Translate feedback and requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the development team to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are developed, tested, and released on schedule.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed on product developments and gathering post-release feedback.
  • Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and workshops for users and stakeholders.
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to communicate the software's benefits and features to potential users.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the healthcare or medical software sector.
  • Familiarity with CE-marking and other regulatory standards for medical devices and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of iOS and Android platforms.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Ability to grasp complex healthcare systems and the nuances of therapy procedures.
