Job Title: IT Risk Manager

Join Raiffeisenbankengruppe as an IT Risk Manager and play a key role in driving the management of IT risks across the organization. As a member of the IT Risk Management team, you will be responsible for evaluating the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services, providing guidance on the design, implementation, and testing of IT controls, and supporting the rollout and continuous improvement of IT controls across the RBI Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Support the development and implementation of IT risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on the design, implementation, and testing of IT controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of IT controls across the RBI Group.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners within the business units and other governance units.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT of banks/financial institutions, IT consulting, IT security, or 5+ years of experience in IT audit.
  • Relevant certification is an asset (CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, COBIT, ITIL, etc.).
  • Academic degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, or relevant job experience.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, independently working, and highly team-oriented personality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution.
