Job Description

As a Financial Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing tax-related projects and ensuring compliance with international regulations. You will work closely with finance and legal teams to mitigate tax risks and drive strategic improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate tax-related projects to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice on tax matters, including Transfer Pricing, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
  • Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation.
  • Monitor evolving tax legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory updates.
  • Manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
  • Support tax reporting processes and calculate intercompany fees.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of accounting, finance, or taxation principles, with tax advisor certification being a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a Big4 firm or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of international tax regulations, OECD guidelines, and IFRS principles.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Tagetik is preferred.
