At Marriott International, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Reservations Agent. As a key member of our hotel's front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service for our international guests.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately accept and process reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and customers via phone
- Enter reservations into our reservation system, MARSHA
- Work diligently to meet high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Proficiently use MS Office programs to manage reservations and guest information
Your Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the upscale hotel industry, preferably in a front desk or reservations role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with software OPERA and MS Office
- Knowledge of MARSHA is a plus
