Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Store Assistant to join our team at our Flagship store in Innsbruck. As a Seasonal Store Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers
  • Support sales efforts, including visual merchandising, product knowledge, and sales floor management
  • Assist with store events, marketing activities, and other sales functions
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and store objectives
  • Represent the Burton brand, embodying our values and passion for the snowboard lifestyle

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a comparable position
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Strong knowledge and background of snowboarding products and their application
  • Open-minded, agile team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in German and English, with further language skills a plus
