Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Retail Excellence Manager to join our Commercial Strategy and Implementation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering winning retail excellence of the local business, embodying depth of understanding in what needs to be true to deliver executional excellence across the channels.
Key Responsibilities- Translate annual, quarterly, and monthly business priorities into winning executional plans in market
- Deliver budget targets
- Develop leading CS&I principles
- Partner with Country and Category CS&I Managers to define tools needed to win in the market
- Own driving consistency of selling tools across categories and delivery in time for key selling cycles
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver winning execution of annual plans in market across all category priorities
- Own execution across the country of the Perfect Store strategy, by channel and key customer for all priority categories
- Deliver Perfect Store and DVRP measurement and tracking for the local, cross-category portfolio
- 5+ years of experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment
- Experience within Shopper and Trade Marketing and Sales Teams
- Experience managing analytically rigorous corporate programs
- Proven ability to translate insights informing the development of winning in-store strategies
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
