Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Vienna, working closely with the HR Manager to support all administrative matters on an international level. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing applicants, coordinating payroll accounting, and administering contracts.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in handling international administrative tasks
- Manage applicant data and coordinate with payroll accounting
- Administer contracts and maintain records for various countries
- Dispatch and file documents, ensuring accurate data maintenance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed vocational education or ongoing studies with a focus on HR
- First professional experience in a comparable position
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are advantageous
- An open and collaborative personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
