Global Content Expansion Manager

Unlocking Global Content Opportunities
As a key member of the Media Partnerships Team in Salzburg, Austria, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Red Bull's global impact and viewer engagement through strategic content reach expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure key media partners worldwide to increase content reach through licensing agreements and co-production models.
- Support local and global distribution strategies to ensure Red Bull's media offerings are proactively pitched and aligned with future market interests.
- Work closely with country offices to bolster their local deal-making capabilities and shape distribution strategies for live events and non-live Red Bull formats.
- 10+ years of experience in international content sales, acquisitions, commissioning, or strategy.
- Solid understanding of the global media landscape, especially streamers, and working knowledge of the top 10 global markets.
- Great at effectively conveying ideas to diverse audiences and extensive deal-making experience across various deal models.
- Experience with development teams and collaborative skills, providing valuable insights and assessments of content ideas.
- An existing network of relevant contacts in global media organizations and a passion for developing contacts.
- Team player mentality, strong presentation and communication skills, and fluency in English, with other languages a plus.
- Travel 20-30%.
