About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our team at the European Society of Radiology (ESR). As a key member of our Subspecialty Society & Congress Services department, you will provide administrative support to our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general office support, including file management, appointment coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Support the team with administration, correspondence, and data management
  • Prepare statistics, analysis, and evaluations to inform our decision-making
  • Manage our website and ensure its accuracy and relevance
  • Administer data and maintain our records
Requirements
  • Excellent command of the English language (at least C1 level)
  • German or French skills are an asset
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience as a Team Assistant is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel within Europe

The monthly gross salary for this role is at least €2, times per year, depending on your relevant experience and qualifications.
