About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira System Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding others on what is possible with Jira/Confluence and driving solutions that improve collaboration and reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the rest of the organization to identify needs that Jira/Confluence can satisfy
  • Design solutions with the team on how Jira/Confluence can enable our R&D organization
  • Maintain excellent communication within the team and all parties involved
  • Take E2E ownership of implementation changes, ensure their go-live, and monitor their success
  • Provide support to the organization on a daily basis
  • Cooperate with Atlassian and vendors on support requests and license adjustments
  • Implement security measures to protect Dynatrace from data leakage
  • Proactively drive changes to how we use Jira/Confluence to maintain a reasonable level of maintenance

Requirements

  • Experience in Jira/Confluence administration or support
  • Technical studies related to Computer Science or similar experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and/or software support/administration
  • Practical experience in Jira/Confluence use
  • Atlassian Certifications would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork experience
  • Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners and working across various locations and countries
  • Good English skills
