Job Title: Senior Jira System Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Jira System Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale agile frameworks using Atlassian tooling, including Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to identify and prioritize requirements for Jira and Confluence
- Design and implement solutions to improve collaboration and reporting within the R&D organization
- Maintain excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure successful project delivery
- Take ownership of implementation changes and ensure their successful deployment
- Provide support and guidance to the organization on daily basis
- Cooperate with Atlassian and vendors on support requests and license adjustments
- Ensure the security and integrity of Jira and Confluence data
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development and/or administration
- Technical studies related to Computer Science or similar experience
- Practical experience in Jira and Confluence administration
- Atlassian Certifications would be an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good English skills

Compensation and Rewards
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. The minimum salary for this position is €56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week), and we offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
