We seek motivated students or recent graduates who are passionate about outdoor pursuits and eager to contribute to our international team in Vienna, becoming integral members of our Business Development unit and assisting in the onboarding and management of new activity providers.

We engage directly and collaborate closely with individuals across the organization, from the founders to various departments (Content and Marketing, Sales & Operations, Product). As part of the Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to take initiative and shape the partnerships with our activity providers from the outset.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE

Following comprehensive onboarding and coaching sessions with your supervisors, you will undertake the following tasks:

  • Main Contact: Act as the primary CheckYeti representative for our activity providers, ensuring effective communication and promptly resolving any inquiries or concerns.
  • Data Collection: Collect and organize essential information about new activity providers (through phone and written communication) to assist our SEO & Content Team in integrating them into our platform.
  • Advisory Role: Provide guidance to activity providers regarding requirements and best practices for success on CheckYeti, aiding them in optimizing their profiles and offerings.
  • Document Management: Oversee the collection and verification of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents from activity providers to ensure secure and successful transactions.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with providers to guarantee their long-term success and satisfaction with CheckYeti's offerings.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Multilingual: Proficient (C1) in both English and one of our core languages - French, German, or Italian; additional language skills (e.g., Nordic languages) are advantageous.
  • Detail-Oriented: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate information gathering and documentation.
  • Proactive Learner: Driven to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment and embrace a hands-on approach.
  • Effective Communicator: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with activity providers and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to efficiently manage multiple providers and responsibilities.
  • Innovative Thinker: Show enthusiasm for utilizing new tools and technologies, confidently presenting fresh ideas.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous exposure in account management, client relations, or customer success roles is a plus.
