Job Description

As a Marketing Communications Specialist at Infineon Technologies, you will play a key role in driving the company's marketing communications strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing communications plans that align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and drive communication activities related to the market introduction of new products.
  • Plan, design, and develop marketing communication materials, including customer presentations, brochures, webinars, and events.
  • Be part of positioning, lead, and demand generation campaigns, working closely with Product, Application, and Technical Marketing teams.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret the results of all campaign activities and take clear actions to improve results.
  • Act as the quality gate for Business Line content, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Infineon quality standards.
  • Ensure and implement regular updates of all marketing communication materials in alignment with Product/Application management.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Communications/Media Science, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Experience in marketing communications, ideally in a high-tech company.
  • Profound experience in content development and production, including creating and editing technical promotion material.
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of content creation tools (Adobe).
  • Profound organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent English skills and readiness to work in an international environment across time zones.
