At Molecular Devices, we're on a mission to accelerate scientific discovery for life science customers. We empower researchers with automated and AI-enabled technology to tackle complex questions and gain deep insights, driving the development of safer, more effective therapeutics.

We're seeking a HR Business Partner – Operations, R&D and Strategy/Innovation (EU) who will serve as a subject matter expert on human resources operations. This includes the full life cycle of talent, employee relations, employee communications, workforce retention, development, engagement, and serving as a trusted partner to business leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning people practices and strategies with overall business objectives. They'll provide day-to-day HR guidance to leadership, including talent acquisition, leadership coaching, employee counselling, performance management, career development, change management, compensation, and HR policy guidance and interpretation in line with legal compliance and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own HR strategy & action plan to support sales & service leadership
  • Provide HR solutions that contribute to achieving business goals
  • Partner with global HR organizations to optimize business value of HR function
