We're seeking a talented HR Business Partner – Operations, R&D and Strategy/Innovation (EU) who will be responsible for defining and owning HR strategy & action plans. This involves providing proactive support to sales & service leadership, driving workforce planning, organizational design, talent optimization, and staffing plans linked with our Talent Acquisition team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, including talent management, succession planning, engagement, leadership development, and workforce planning. They'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements:- Experience supporting leaders in multiple countries, with previous exposure and knowledge of labor laws in various countries, including UK, Austria, Germany, and Belgium
- Strong understanding of human resources operations, including recruiting, talent management, organizational design/development, succession planning, leadership development, compensation, and associate communications
- Degree in HR or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner/Manager in Austria and multi-countries
