About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Planning and Activation Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing category plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of category plans that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Manage and analyze data to inform category planning decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales performance and drive business growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in category planning and sales management, with a strong background in commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
