Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant at JACK & JONES

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at JACK & JONES in Wien. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
