About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at kununu. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Sales team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Assist with the organization of sales events and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales team members, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Sales team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
