Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Product Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Owner to lead new projects in the ServiceNow Platform, focusing on the implementation of DORA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear, actionable user stories.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, using feedback and data to drive improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in a technical or internal services environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of ITSM processes and tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, microservices architecture, and API management.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning technologies as well as familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Understanding and implementing concepts which contain dependencies to external systems.
  • Team player who likes to work in agile teams taking full responsibility for all aspects of defined tasks.
  • Fluency in German and English.
