Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product roadmap to drive business growth and revenue
- Act as project owner for R&D projects and orchestrate marketing efforts and deliverables
- Lead a strategic area of the business, developing cross-functional and cross-divisional relations
- Manage and develop a business strategy for the product portfolio, including value proposition building and competitor analysis
- Engage and build strategic relationships with key customers and partners
- Develop sales collateral and training, orchestrate product launches, and evangelize product families to internal and external audiences
- Report routinely to top management regarding the status of the business and development efforts
- University degree in electrical or electronic engineering, microelectronics, or economics, MBA is a plus
- Application engineering with a strong emphasis on product roadmap, product development, business development, and driving revenue/profitability
- Experience in a semiconductor or electrical system manufacturing company (industrial or automotive)
- Successful track record for achieving results in dynamic markets, from business idea through execution to revenue
- Understanding of the targeted markets/applications and systems, especially power distribution and industrial automation
- International relationship skills, strong partner/customer orientation, and willingness to travel
- Knowledge of the power semiconductor market and technologies (especially SiC – silicon carbide) as an advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English, German skills as a plus
