We are seeking a seasoned IT Transformation Manager to join our global IT team in the IT Integration department. Key Responsibilities:
- Derive strategic goals and actions to drive IT vision and strategy

- Plan long-term management activities and monitor and regularly report on the division's IT budget
- Act as a communication lead and provide regular feedback to other IT departments on the quality of the IT services provided
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or equivalent IT training
- Several years of professional experience in IT management as well as broad, general IT experience
- Experience in defining and managing IT KPIs
- Very good communication skills in English and German
- Strong ability to create management concepts and presentations and to visualize complex issues in a simple way
- Negotiation skills and experience in reviewing contracts and terms and conditions
Additional Information:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
