About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead our Card Issuing Business Systems team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and services that support our banking and finance business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile teams and tribes to deliver high-quality IT solutions that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive effective product delivery and ensure timely launch of solutions
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product value and drive technology renewal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives and driving innovation
  • Hands-on experience in service management and/or software development
  • Ability to apply agile methodologies and foster a strong engineering culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
