Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our team in Salzburg, Austria. The successful candidate will provide high-quality engineering support to meet Field Service and external customer needs on our CellXpress product.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide project execution support for CellXpress products to ensure they meet service requirements prior to shipment.
- Learn and use DBS tools such as FMEA, Problem Solving, Poka-Yoke and Standard Work to achieve quality, delivery and cost targets and to continuously improve processes.
This role requires a strong understanding of life sciences and engineering principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A S. or higher in a Life Science discipline or in Engineering.
- 5+ years of professional work experience as a hands-on engineer in a life science company or discovery laboratory environment.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to visit customers or provide technical training domestic and international.
