Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and facilitate Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services
- Develop and maintain Agile processes and practices to improve team performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate and coach teams to achieve high performance
- Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence
