About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Delivery Specialist to join our team at Raiffeisenbankengruppe. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving our Agile transformation and ensuring the success of our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and guide teams in Agile methodologies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles and impediments, enabling teams to perform at their best.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Support and guide the Product Owner in managing the Product Stream backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the continuous improvement process, focusing on team performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of working with Agile teams and driving successful Agile transformations.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
