Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our Payment Acceptance Business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing an improved operating model for our Payment Acceptance business across our CEE markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an agile operating model for the Payment Acceptance business, covering all customer segments.
- Set up, run, and continuously improve agile working environments, ensuring innovation and effective operation.
- Grow teams and individuals by setting them up for success through supporting their skill development and strengthening collaboration.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Solution Architects to define the product backlog, including definition of technical epics and user stories.
- Manage technical solution interdependencies, alignment, and synergies across other agile setups, and keep track of risks and impediments.
- Allocate and manage IT resources effectively, manage budgets and external contracts, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
Requirements
- Leadership skills: demonstrated agile leadership competencies and the ability to lead a large group in a unified direction.
- Proven change leadership which resulted in measurable impact related to operating models, skill development, employee enablement, and engagement as well as technology.
- Experience with steering complex and multi-market change initiatives covering both technical and people aspects.
- Work experience in agile methods (including coaching of business and IT team-members) and in cultivating a strong engineering culture in an agile environment.
- Broad overview of state-of-the-art IT architectures relevant to Payment Acceptance.
- Sound communication skills in English to negotiate with different stakeholders.
