About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Application Manager to join our Agile Delivery team in the Finance Operations & Innovation Tribe. As a key member of our cross-functional payroll team, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP Payroll modules to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP Payroll modules to meet business requirements
- Analyze and document business processes related to payroll
- Continuously operate and improve SAP Payroll processes, including resolving payroll-related issues and implementing improvements for efficiency gains
- Collaborate with IT colleagues and the test manager to ensure that system operations and upgrades are properly planned, implemented, and tested
- Incorporate operational standards to comply with industry regulations and best practices
- Actively participate in IT audits and reviews, and regularly monitor and update internal IT process documentations
Requirements:
- Work experience in configuring and implementing SAP Payroll and HCM solutions in the DACH region
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Payroll modules, including payroll processing and time management, in the DACH region
- Basic understanding of business analysis and handling requirements and requirement analysis
- Cooperative collaboration in an agile team, with both IT and payroll colleagues
- Fluent English language skills for collaboration with IT and business departments
- Experience with IT audit operation processes
