Agile Project Facilitator (f/m/x) for Limit Management System

The Limit Management System is an internal product that plays a crucial role in our strategy to become the most recommended bank in the region. This product represents a new greenfield initiative developed entirely in-house, utilizing synergies in credit risk and an innovative technological framework. As the new Agile Project Facilitator, you will receive both external and internal support to empower various teams effectively and to foster continuous improvement in our agile framework.

Your mission at RBI

Serve as an Agile Project Facilitator within a cross-functional tribe comprising four teams Actively participate in the Tribe Leadership and assist the team in establishing robust operations Develop and enhance strategies for cross-border innovation and delivery Prioritize team well-being and open communication, address impediments, and support individual growth within the team Empower teams to enhance autonomy, efficiency, and productivity Coach and assist Product Owners in planning and prioritizing tasks in the central backlog


Your core competencies

Proven experience as an Agile Project Facilitator in large international settings Proficient in managing diverse stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds in high-pressure situations Familiarity with agile methodologies in a corporate environment, particularly in facilitation Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and enhance team dynamics Proficient knowledge of Jira and Confluence Competent English language skills for collaboration in an international context
