IT Business Analyst for Certificates and Equity Trading (f/m/x)
Become an integral part of the Agile Delivery team focused on Certificates and Equities at RBI, where you will contribute significantly to the development of advanced IT solutions that enhance and support our business operations in Raiffeisen Certificates and Equities. As a Business Analyst and IT Consultant, your role will involve dissecting various complex and dynamic business challenges into manageable components, which can be effectively addressed by the team in an agile framework. You will collaborate with a product team based in Vienna, utilizing both traditional and cutting-edge technologies.Your responsibilities at RBI:
- Support product owners in formulating epics and user stories, as well as in organizing, breaking down backlogs, and facilitating decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and testing engineers to guarantee that requirements are translated into high-quality product features.
- Oversee the entire product delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and product objectives while managing timelines and risks effectively.
- Engage in requirements engineering and business analysis within an adaptive and agile organizational context.
- Empower the product team by liaising with stakeholders and governance teams, acting as a valuable facilitator for our agile team.
Your essential skills:
- Strong background in Business Analysis and/or requirements engineering within the financial or banking sector.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a B-2 level proficiency in stakeholder engagement and presentations.
- Practical experience in developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria, including road mapping.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking processes from end to end.
- Ability to gather requirements from IT teams and translate them into business needs within an agile environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with Capital Markets, particularly Derivatives Products.
