Solution Analyst for Enterprise Content Management and Processes

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Analyst to join our team at Erste Digital. As a Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions
  • Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents
  • Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects
  • Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape

Requirements:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now
  • Ability to refine business and technical requirements and act as a bridge between technology and business value
  • Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
  • Passion for business processes and continuous learning
  • Proficiency with Pega or willingness to acquire necessary skills
  • Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements
  • Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others
  • Good command of both English and German is required
