About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect for Enterprise Content Management to join our team at Erste Digital GmbH. As a key member of our Core Services division, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative content management solutions for our banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions to meet their content management needs
  • Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents related to content management
  • Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects
  • Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape
Requirements
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now
  • Ability to refine business and technical requirements and act as a bridge between technology and business value
  • Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
  • Passion for business processes and continuous learning
  • Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements
  • Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others
  • Good command of both English and German
