Green Hydrogen Infrastructure Development Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Manager to join our Power-2-X team at ANDRITZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of green hydrogen infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement civil solutions for green hydrogen infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet project requirements and are cost-effective.
- Coordinate with external civil designers and contractors to estimate costs and develop technical solutions.
- Create Request for Quotations (RFQs) for civil-related packages, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Schedule civil tasks and align them with overall project plans.
- Manage civil design solutions throughout the project lifecycle, providing input for design optimization to reduce civil costs.
- Be the escalation point for customer and supplier inquiries regarding civil design topics.
- Provide expertise to customers in accordance with our project strategy.
- Align required or requested modifications with internal product design experts.
- Inspect completed civil works and manage change requests.
- Degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum years of experience in civil project management, preferably in industry settings.
- Familiarity with technical building equipment, such as HVAC and fire protection systems, is a plus.
- Ability to consult with customers and notified bodies on technical design requirements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is an asset.
- Willingsness to travel approximately 5 days per month.
