• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, R&D, and sales, to define business unit research and innovation activities.">
• Lead strategic product marketing activities to drive customer engagement and loyalty.">
• Define product offerings that meet changing customer needs and preferences.">
• Provide exceptional customer support and expand relationships to drive business growth.">
• Closely collaborate with the sales organization to support product sales growth and optimize the product management process.">
• Ensure the availability and quality of market-driven business unit product roadmaps and processes.">
• Manage business unit standardization activities to reduce SKU complexity.">
• Establish and maintain effective alliances with key customers and influencers.">
• Develop and implement structured information flows between the sales organization and business units.">
• Align product support processes and documentation with R&D, medical, and clinical affairs processes.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A university degree in natural sciences or medical with strong background/experience in economic-related topics.">
• At least 7+ years of professional experience, including several years in product management and/or marketing.">
• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical consumables, IVD, and similar customer groups (e.g., hospitals, labs).">
• Thorough understanding and experience in holistic and strategic thinking.">
• Leadership experience in international and multiple-site teams.">
• Experience working with international teams and change processes.">
• Excellent communication skills in English.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 73,112.90 (collective agreement for the chemical industry) plus potential overpayment based on qualifications and experience.

Location

This role is based in Austria, and we require applicants to have the right to work in the country.
