Key Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Marketing Director at Greiner, you will be responsible for developing and executing product portfolio strategies, market introduction plans, and product marketing plans. Your tasks will include analyzing global market trends, monitoring competitor landscapes, and defining BU research/innovation activities. You will also be responsible for close collaboration with sales organizations, managing BU standardization activities, and setting up alliances with key customers and influencers.

Required Capabilities:

You must have a university degree in natural sciences or a related field, with strong background/experience in economical related topics. At least 7+ years of professional experience, including several years in product management and/or marketing, is required. Experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in medical consumables, IVD, and similar customer groups, is highly valued. Thorough understanding and experience in holistic and strategic thinking, leadership experience in an international and multiple site team set-up, and experience with international teams as well as change processes are also essential. Fluency in English is necessary.
