Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of medium to large-scale projects in the process industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies to achieve project objectives
  • Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Manage overall budget responsibility, cost, risk, and schedule controlling
  • Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, company procedures, standards, and guidelines
  • Develop and implement scope, change, and risk management processes
  • Negotiate with customers and partners, and be responsible for contract design and management
Requirements:
  • Completed technical studies in process engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, plant, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent education
  • Training in project management or PM certification is an advantage
  • Several years of relevant experience in EPCM plant engineering projects in the process industry
  • Excellent technical and economic understanding of project processes and interrelationships
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a team-oriented approach
  • Very good knowledge of English, with knowledge of German an advantage
