Job Description

The Holding Controlling department in Erste Group's Performance Management Division performs the full scope of activities related to planning, measuring, and reporting the financial performance of Erste Group Bank AG. This role will be responsible for:

  • Shaping Activity Based Costing processes with a focus on Austrian entities
  • Calculating and planning standard prices and transaction volumes
  • Performing monthly cost allocation, deviation analyses, and presenting results to business stakeholders
  • Creating and interpreting standard reports and overarching performance analyses
  • Participating in various business and BI initiatives to further shape and develop our performance management framework
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in Finance or IT with a financial/economic background
  • Professional experience in finance, banking, or controlling
  • Experience in handling, processing, and analyzing large amounts of data via SQL, VBA, Tableau, XLCubed, Webfocus, SAP, MS Office, etc.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with advanced communication and presentation skills

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 43,554 per year, but we would be happy to discuss your actual salary in person. We also offer flexible working arrangements and consider diversity as key to innovation and success.
