Your TasksWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of Credit Risk Methods in various administrative and organizational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Independent support to the Head of Division in calendar and business travel management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and planning and organization of internal events
- Preparing professional presentations, reports, or decision papers and acquiring necessary information
- Arranging and animating internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and tracking action items
- Managing and monitoring the division's line budgets, including invoice handling
- Serving as a contact person for the division's employees and supporting them in various organizational matters
To be successful in this role, you will need several years of experience in an executive assistance, administration, or comparable role, preferably within a financial institution. You should possess excellent knowledge of various M365 applications and SAP, as well as effective communication skills, maintaining positive and trustworthy relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
