**About Our Client**

Our client is a renowned Austrian company specializing in medical technology. They develop and produce high-quality medical devices, focusing on quality, technological excellence, and customer satisfaction.

To lead their team in Italy, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual with a strong background in the medical technology industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, monitor P&L, balance sheet, sales, operating profit, cash targets, KPIs, working capital, and cash flow.
  • Sales & Marketing: Drive and manage sales, develop marketing tools, prepare tenders, conduct surgeon training, update websites and brochures, analyze competitors, represent the company at congresses and meetings, and provide consulting services for new product development.
  • Human Resources: Recruit and manage staff, handle performance management, provide training and development opportunities.
  • Quality/Regulatory: Ensure compliance with Italian law and internal regulations, report products and incidents.
  • Finance & Supply Chain: Prepare legal reports, monitor supply chain, optimize stock turnover, and improve inventory effectiveness.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical or commercial education.
  • Significant leadership experience in the medical technology industry.
  • Established network with healthcare professionals, particularly doctors and hospitals.
  • Solid experience in sales, marketing, and P&L management.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic business mindset, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
