KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements while ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders Develop a conceptual framework for the IT system architecture, including comprehensive documentation of requirements to be delivered to the IT division Create a strategic roadmap for PLM system implementation to secure stakeholder engagement Oversee the execution of PLM system projects, including pilot initiatives and proof of concepts, while maintaining operational continuity Facilitate the integration of new organizational entities into the established PLM system framework Serve as the primary liaison within Engineering for the deployment of new software solutions Collaborate with internal teams across various functions and levels, as well as with external partners and consultantsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive professional experience in consulting, industry, or academia, specifically in product lifecycle management Degree in engineering or a related field Profound understanding of PLM software tools and experience with global rollouts Proven ability to gather, analyze, and convert business requirements into system integration strategies Strong independence, initiative, and commitment to quality Familiarity with project and process management methodologies Team-oriented with excellent cross-functional communication skills Willingness to embrace innovation, organizational change, and continuous learning Availability for travel up to 25% Proficient in business English and GermanOUR OFFERINGS
