Field Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Wiener Neudorf. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the SIHI dry products field.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement commissioning and service work on site at the customer's plant, primarily in Austria and occasionally in neighboring countries.
- Perform service work on SIHI dry vacuum systems in our Wiener Neudorf workshop.
- Conduct error diagnostics and create damage documentation.
- Develop and maintain service documents and training materials for service technicians and customers.
- Collaborate with the product development department to ensure that customer feedback and experience are incorporated into product improvements.
- Completed training as an electrical engineer, master electrician, or mechatronics engineer.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience working with external customers.
- Experience with pumps and/or rotating equipment is an advantage.
- Driver's license for cars up to 3.5 tons.
- Fluent German knowledge and good English skills.
- Good PC and MS Office skills.
- Experience working in EX-protected areas is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in the field at home and abroad.
