Field Service Professional

At Flowserve, we're committed to excellence and innovation, and we're looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join our team.

This is a challenging position that requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Field Service Technician, you'll work closely with our customers to identify and resolve issues with our products, and you'll play a key role in developing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission and service work on site at customer locations
  • Service work on SIHI dry vacuum systems in our Wiener Neudorf workshop
  • Error diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Creation of damage documentation and service reports
  • Training and certification of service technicians and customers
  • Cooperation with product development to improve our products

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an electrical engineer, master electrician or mechatronics engineer
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with external customers
  • Experience with pumps and/or rotating equipment is an advantage
  • Driver's license for cars up to 3.5 tons
  • Fluent German knowledge
  • Good English knowledge
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
