Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the industrialization of trapped-ion quantum processors and advancing their integration into quantum processing units (QPUs). This includes:
- Driving technology development for trapped-ion quantum processors with a focus on photonic interfaces.
- Collaborating with top-tier customers and academic partners to advance QPU development.
- Enabling the research community through projects and collaborations.
- Supervising master and PhD students.
Your Background
As a highly motivated individual with a strong background in physics, quantum engineering, photonics, or computational physics, you have 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quantum optics, and/or (trapped-ion) quantum computing. Your passion for new technologies and your ability to communicate effectively make you an ideal fit for this role.
You are fluent in English and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team that is shaping the future of quantum computing.
