Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key player in the execution of projects crucial to decarbonization of Vienna by 2040, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing mechanical systems for power generation in green energy plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize mechanical systems for power generation in green energy plants.
  • Integrate innovative technologies into mechanical designs for enhanced efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee construction and installation of mechanical components, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless project execution and meet objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Practical experience from within consulting / EPC environment as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Project experience within energy/power generation, e.g. power plants, the power-to-X related sector or Gas/LNG sector.
  • Experience of working with waste cranes / bunker gates for energy facilities a major plus.
  • Exhibit flexibility in adapting to various project technologies such as gas, biomass, and hydrogen.
  • Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a bonus.
