Mechanical Engineer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Exyte Central Europe GmbH.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of challenging projects for Data Centers. This will involve conceptual design and planning of supply systems for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary facilities, as well as clean room technology.
You will be the direct contact person on site for all topics concerning ventilation technology, media technology, and clean room technology. You will also be the interface between our customers, subcontractors, and internal project participants.
Key Responsibilities- Technical leadership of a TGA planning team within the scope of project execution
- Responsibility for leading and coordinating external planning partners
- Technical equipment of buildings under consideration of innovative technologies, process design, and regulatory requirements
- Determination of costs and execution of price comparisons
- Preparation of functional descriptions or specifications of services
- Conducting award negotiations with suppliers and executing companies
- Completed studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering
- Several years of professional experience with TGA and clean room technology systems
- Very good knowledge in the design of HVAC systems with focus on ventilation and air conditioning technology
- Very good knowledge of English
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and own initiative
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
