We're currently seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, sales operations, and outbound strategies, focusing on scaling B2B operations for scale-ups. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B Sales and Business Development, proficiency in Outbound Sales Strategies, and strong Leadership and Team Management Skills.

The Role:

Business Development & Expansion:

  • Drive business development efforts, focusing on scaling B2B operations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the sales pipeline and drive substantial growth across specialized tech verticals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to penetrate untapped markets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Sales Operations & Outbound Strategy:

  • Design and implement outbound sales strategies, leading our research team to identify and target potential customers.
  • Closely coordinate with partners and clients to achieve seamless integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Optimize sales processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and ensuring alignment with the company's growth goals.
