We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to join our Dynatrace team in Austria. As a key member of our global People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the work environment and driving employee engagement.

Salary and BenefitsThe minimum salary for this position is € 45,000 gross per year based on full-time employment, however we offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
About the RoleIn this role, you will support our hybrid 1st team with 600 colleagues assigned to your office and work closely with the global Workplace Experience team. You will be responsible for internal event organization tailored to the needs of your office location, as well as future way of work concept by working on continuous improvement of our office space planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Internal Event Organization: Organize events tailored to the needs of your office location in cooperation with the Global Event Management team.
- Future Way of Work Concept: Work on continuous improvement of our office space planning and be a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community.
- Local Office Support: Provide support for visitor management, workshop preparation, onsite facility services quality assurance, and purchase in close cooperation with our Procurement team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in Office Management or a similar position, preferably in a global company. You should also possess strong communication, prioritization, and work organization skills, as well as a talent for problem-solving and innovation.
We welcome candidates with a passion for process improvement and a willingness to take on new responsibilities. Your fluency in German and English is essential for success in this role.
