We're seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to join our leadership team and spearhead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing branding, positioning, and marketing strategies in collaboration with our management team and agency partners.
  • Building and leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Identifying and optimizing profitable marketing channels, ensuring scalability and long-term success.
  • Establishing outcome-focused reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Developing and implementing content marketing, SEO, social media, PR, and event strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and drive business objectives.

About You

  • You're a seasoned marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in the asset-intensive industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • You're a data-driven decision-maker, with expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • You're a strong team player, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • You possess excellent technical skills, with experience in content marketing, SEO, social media, and PR.
  • You're fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
