Job Title: Senior Research Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Engineer to join our research team in Linz, Austria. As a Senior Research Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting research in the field of Generative AI, collaborating with our development teams to drive the adoption of research results for our product, and enhancing current product capabilities with innovative customer value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research in the field of Generative AI
  • Collaborate with development teams to drive the adoption of research results
  • Enhance current product capabilities with innovative customer value
  • Mentor master students and ensure direction is in line with research strategy
  • Contribute to the global research community by publishing and disseminating research findings
Requirements:
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field
  • Track record of independent research in topics related to the research field
  • Proven experience of producing complete GenAI-powered solutions
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written)
  • Deep understanding of latest developments in generative AI
