Bei NETCONOMY GmbH suchst du nach einer Herausforderung, die deine Fähigkeiten als Customer Service Web Application Engineer fordert? Als Teil unseres Teams bist du für die Betreuung und Beratung der Produktivumgebung unserer Kunden verantwortlich. Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und unseren Projektteams und bist für die Analyse von Problemstellungen im Applikationsbetrieb sowie die Entwicklung von Lösungen verantwortlich.

Aufgaben
  • Analysieren von Problemstellungen im Applikationsbetrieb und selbstständiges Erarbeiten von Lösungen (mit Unterstützung)
  • Sicherstellen des reibungslosen Betriebs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operations Team (gemeinsam mit dem Team)
  • Unterstützen des Fachpersonals unserer Business-Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen im Rahmen des 2nd und 3rd Level Supports von komplexen Webanwendungen
  • Koordinieren des Incident Managements im Rahmen der Rufbereitschaft als Erstkontakt unserer Kunden und Unterstützung bei der Analyse mit dem Ziel einer raschen Lösungsfindung (Rufbereitschaft ca. 5 Mal im Monat, mögliche Tage Montag bis Sonntag von 06:00-22:00) (nach umfangreicher Einschulung)
  • Enge und (weitestgehend) eigenverantwortliche Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Customer Experience Projektteams, um die bestmögliche Kundenbetreuung zu gewährleisten
  • Proaktives Erweitern der projektspezifischen Dokumentationen
Profil
  • Laufende oder abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni oder Vergleichbares)
  • Technisches Basiswissen und Erfahrung in der Applikationsanalyse und dem Finden von Ursachen, z.B. mit Hilfe von Logs, Graphen, mit SQL oder der Unix Console
  • Grundkenntnisse von Web Technologien (HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, )
  • Offene, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Ruhige und professionelle Arbeitsweise in herausfordernden Kundensituationen
  • Neugier, Lernbereitschaft sowie Bereitschaft, die Komfortzone gelegentlich zu verlassen
  • Ausgezeichnete Englisch-Kenntnisse
