Dynatrace is dedicated to ensuring optimal software performance. Our platform integrates comprehensive observability and continuous runtime application security with advanced AIOps, delivering insights and intelligent automation derived from data. Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the product and go-to-market strategy, prioritize objectives, and report on progress to maximize overall business outcomes and customer value.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to maintain Dynatrace's position at the forefront of innovation.
- Meet solution objectives and KPIs (e.g., ARR, growth, delivery) in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
- Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive growth towards a multi-hundred-million solution, working closely with other Dynatrace capabilities.
- Represent the organization and the solution at webinars, trade shows, conferences, and analyst briefings.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the software/technology sector (SaaS).
- 10+ years in a leadership role within Product Management.
- Strong comprehension of technology platforms, particularly enterprise software, cloud, and SaaS solutions, with an emphasis on end-user and business analytics.
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, paired with extensive experience in engaging with global enterprise clients and B2B partnerships.
- Lead through excellence, not merely manage and successfully execute in an agile team environment.
- Exhibit high self-motivation along with creativity and efficiency in proposing and presenting solutions to complex and unique challenges.
- Exceptional communicator and presenter with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and business concepts clearly in a C-level setting.

Compensation and Benefits
- We provide attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options along with numerous benefits and advantages.
